Park at Brushy Creek

The Park at Brushy Creek is a new community in Hutto, located just south of Highway 79 on County Road 685. The growing community of Hutto is located in the northeast area of Austin, just west of Round Rock.

With neighborhood amenities including a community pool, playscape and basketball court, residents can enjoy a true "neighborhood" feel. Park at Brushy Creek is within walking distance of Hutto's soccer fields, and is also near Brushy Creek, a favorite fishing destination. Hutto's Fritz Park and Pflugerville's water park are just a short drive away.

Beginning Fall 2010, Main Street is rolling out our newest home design - the Lexington Series. Available only at Park at Brushy Creek for a limited time, the Lexington Avenue series was developed to meet the demand for the increasingly popular craftsman-style home. We selected rich, vibrant colors for our exteriors, as well as new and different textures with Hardie siding. We also made simple change to our selections on trim and finish that carry the
