Submit Warranty Request Online

You may fill out and submit your warranty request online, or you may download and print a hard copy of the request form to submit via fax.

Note: Please plan to make yourself available to meet with one of our warranty technicians to review the repair items and approve the work once it has been completed. Appointments are made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

DO NOT use this site for submitting warranty requests for emergency situations. An emergency would include plumbing leaks, no heat or air conditioning, electrical problems or extensive roof leaks. If you are experiencing any of these problems, contact the warranty department at (512)327-8620. For after hours emergencies, call 1-877-320-9131. If you have an emergency condition with your home that presents an imminent danger of harm to persons or damage to property, you should contact emergency service personnel (i.e., fire department) or the relevant utility provider (i.e., gas company, electric company, etc.), as appropriate.
