Main Street Homes specializes in helping customers repair credit issues. When you apply online, a mortgage company representative will review your financial situation, job history and credit score. Depending on your individual situation, our representative will either direct you to the community of your choice to begin selecting a floor plan, or they will offer to enroll you in our Home Buyer’s Club.

As a member of the Main Street Home Buyer’s Club, you are eligible to receive valuable advice from our coordinators on how you can repair any problems that may show up on your credit report. They can also recommend steps you can take to make yourself more likely to qualify for a better interest rate or a larger loan. Our representatives will help you prepare for the day when you can purchase a home. Since beginning the Home Buyer’s Program in 2005, we have seen hundreds of members graduate and purchase the home of their dreams!
