Construction Process

Building a home from the ground up is a time consuming, complicated process. That’s why it is important for a homeowner to have a basic understanding of all the phases in the construction process. When you have a more thorough knowledge of the steps we take when building your home, you will feel more comfortable as you receive updates from your sales counselor about the progress of your home.

For example, there are phases during which a great deal of work is being done on the interior of your home and exterior activity slows down. It may appear from the outside that work has stopped, when in fact there is actually a great deal of progress being made inside your home.
