Two Series

Main Street builds homes to fit the needs and lifestyles of a wide variety of families. We do this by dividing our products into two main categories, the Fifth Avenue Series and the Park Avenue Series.

Both series have specific feature packages that vary by community. Whatever your family’s needs, Main Street Homes has a series with features well suited for your lifestyle.

Fifth Avenue Series

Our Fifth Avenue Series accommodates large families with a need for more bedrooms and living area space but still require an affordable price. Fifth Avenue homes are packed with features that deliver more home for the money than any other builder. Known for their generous square footage at a reasonable price, most homes in this series are 3 or 4 bedrooms with 2˝ baths.

Park Avenue Series

The Park Avenue Series offers upgraded features, but still represents strong value. Specific features vary by community, but often include elements like vaulted ceilings, recessed canned lighting, fireplaces and upgraded woodwork and hardware. These finishing touches give you an elegant home that is still affordable.
