Design Center

After selecting a lot and plan at the Austin community of their choice, buyers are invited to the Austin Design Center. Here you will do two things: make your option choices and finalize your contract with the mortgage company.

The Design Center is a conveniently located showroom that allows you to see, touch and feel samples of flooring, appliances, and lighting and plumbing fixtures as you make your final design decisions. Aided by our design consultant, you can take your time making design and decorating decisions while your kids enjoy our playroom. The design consultant can also give you tips on ways you can decorate and personalize your home.

The same day as your Design Center appointment, you will also visit the mortgage office, located just down the hall, to meet with your mortgage counselor and finalize your contract. From this point, construction will proceed according to your specifications. Make sure to check out our list of what to bring with you to this meeting.
